Rental fees & deposit
Delivery is JPY 2,000 each way and the deposit is JPY 20,000. Installation and removal are quoted separately. Late returns are charged at 1.2 times the applicable daily rate. Equipment condition, damage, loss, and cancellation terms are specified in the contract.

High-level work, special mounting, anti-theft enclosures, extra cabling, and Wi-Fi extenders are quoted separately.
1-year basic maintenance: For one year after installation, basic connection checks, setup advice, remote support, and equipment status checks are provided. Site visits, replacement parts, faulty equipment, and additional work are charged separately; confirm the final scope in the contract.

FAQ
Will Starlink always work in the mountains?
The installation point needs a broad view of the sky. Trees, roofs, or slopes may cause intermittent interruptions.
What is the difference between a LINE video review and an on-site survey?
A video sent by LINE can be reviewed free of charge. The on-site survey is normally JPY 11,000 including tax, or JPY 5,500 within 5 km of the trial site. We then check power, cabling, mounting, and Wi-Fi coverage in detail.
What is the minimum rental period?
Mini and Standard 100 Mbps plans have a 1-day minimum. The 200 Mbps plan has a 1-month minimum.
Which equipment can I rent?
Only Starlink Mini and Standard are currently available. Availability depends on inventory for your dates.
What are the rental and additional fees?
The 100 Mbps plan is JPY 5,500/day for Mini and JPY 7,700/day for Standard, tax included. Discounts are available for 3 days or more; ask by LINE or email. Delivery is JPY 2,000 each way, the deposit is JPY 20,000, and installation/removal are quoted separately. The 200 Mbps plan has a 1-month minimum and is formally quoted.
Can I order directly through the website, LINE, or email?
No. First send your requirements and complete the site review. We then send a formal quotation and contract for confirmation by email, signed scan, or fax.
When is the contract formed?
The contract is formed when we receive the signed contract and full payment and send a confirmation notice. Procurement and delivery scheduling begin from that confirmation.
Who owns purchased Starlink equipment and the account?
After full payment, Yoshinn Co., Ltd. procures, installs, tests, links the customer email, and transfers ownership. The customer then owns and manages the equipment and account. Account management is not included by default and requires a separate agreement. Ownership transfer does not apply to rental equipment.
What happens if I cancel after signing?
Cancellation within 8 hours of contract formation is charged at 15% of the contract total. After 8 hours, ordered non-returnable equipment and materials are non-refundable, and unperformed services are subject to a 15% cancellation fee. The formal contract and terms apply.
Is a fixed connection speed guaranteed?
Speed varies with the installation environment, weather, time, and congestion and cannot be guaranteed. Connection and speed tests can be performed during installation.
Can it be used in rain or snow?
It generally works in rain and snow, but heavy snow, accumulation, or intense rain may reduce speeds or cause temporary interruption.
Can security cameras be installed at the same time?
Yes. We can configure indoor/outdoor cameras, local recording, phone alerts, and remote viewing together.
Is maintenance provided after installation?
The reference plan includes one year of basic maintenance. Free coverage, site visit fees, replacement parts, and additional work are defined in the final contract.
How are damage or loss handled?
Compensation for damage, water ingress, loss, and theft is specified in the rental terms and handover confirmation.

Yes. We issue proper invoices for rentals, equipment purchases, and installation work. Qualified invoice issuer registration number: T1011401024800.
